Learn to surf with the world famous big wave surfer Matt Bromley who is a Kommetjie local. Matt is an awesome guy and is brilliant with little groms. He also does SUP tours with the penguins.

The Kommetjie Surf Shop have teamed up with local Coffee Roaster and Surfer Guy Chaston “The Coffee Guy” and have opened the doors to BACKDOOR, the little coffee shop inside the Kommetjie Surf Shop.
Get your delicious coffee take away from the coffee window, Simba the very friendly Barista will make sure that your Cappuccino or Espresso, Chai Latte or Hot Chocolate is prepared with loads of TLC. They also serve the best pancakes in Kommetjie every Saturday morning.
