Our homes include everything from small cottages to larger luxurious homes on the beach. All our homes are within walking distance to the water’s edge or beach.

We hope that our guests relax, revitalise, reconnect with one another, and have fun. We do our best to provide guests with a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our vision is to inspire and nurture our guests with the beauty and magic of Kommetjie while staying in one of our beautiful holiday homes.

Kommetjie Hideaways started when Frankie began renting out her own home. She had certain expectations and an understanding of what she wanted from a rental agency that she couldn’t find at the time.

Before long, she had many homes, all through word of mouth. She realised out she found great pleasure and a creative outlet in preparing homes for and sharing Kommetjie with her guests.

Her goal was to offer a warm and welcoming environment in each home, with small welcoming touches such as fresh flowers.
