Please respect the quiet community of Kommetjie and your neighbour’s right to quiet enjoyment of their home – please be a good neighbour!

Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy. Only registered guests shall occupy the rental property unless written permission has been given.

All rental properties are designated for residential use. Large social gatherings, parties or events are not allowed.

Help keep Kommetjie clean! Rubbish must be bagged securely and placed in the black municipal bins provided. The city will collect refuse on a Tuesday morning so please ensure the bins are taken out last thing on a Monday night or very early on a Tuesday morning.

Please keep our beaches clean and pick up any litter you may see on the beach during your stay.
