The Boat House is a modern holiday home in the heart of Kommetjie. It is a very unique property with little pieces of the original building displayed decoratively and a beautiful large Milkwood tree provides shade on a hot summer’s day and has been carefully incorporated into the design of the house giving a wonderful indoor, outdoor flow and providing privacy. For keen boaters, there is space to store a boat at the house. From here you are within easy walking distance of the village, Old Kom, the lighthouse and the slip way. The owners have put a lot of thought into this home making it a lovely choice for a family holiday.

Low season winter: 14 April – 14 September: R3,850 a night
(2 night minimum stay) (Peak season rates will apply to Easter weekend and 5 night minimum stay)

Mid season summer: 14 September – 14 December: R6,100 a night
(2 night minimum stay)

Peak season summer: 14 December – 14 January: R7,200 a night
(7 night minimum stay and 10 night minimum stay with Christmas and New Year)

Mid season summer: 14 January – 14 April: R6,400 a night
(2 night minimum stay and 5 night minimum stay over Easter)

Additional fees: 
We charge a Post Cleaning fee of R1,500 and an Admin fee of R400 on all bookings.
