Solstice encompasses modern design, security, relaxation and comfort … with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the back of Table Mountain.  Its outdoor area offers a sun deck, swimming pool and built-in BBQ (known as a ‘’braai’ by the locals!).

Solstice offers accommodation for up to 8 guests.  There are 4 generously proportioned en-suite bedrooms, a well-equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, lounge and dining area.  And for guests wishing to take a break from the beauty and tranquillity of their surroundings, there is of course Wi-Fi throughout the property and a flat screen smart TV.

The property is fitted with solar panels which create a renewable energy source of stored power which automatically kicks in when the main electricity supply goes off so that you will never be left in the dark!

Rates
Low season winter: 14 April – 14 September: R6,450  a night
(2 night minimum stay) (Peak season rates will apply to Easter weekend and 5 night minimum stay)

Mid season summer: 14 September – 14 December: R8,325  a night
(2 night minimum stay)

Peak season summer: 14 December – 11 January: R10,190  a night
(7 night minimum stay and 10 night minimum stay with Christmas and New Year)

Mid season summer: 11 January – 14 April: R8,440  a night
(2 night minimum stay except over Easter that has a minimum stay of 5 nights)

Additional fees: 
We charge a Post Cleaning fee of R1,500 and an Admin fee of R400 on all bookings.
