Outdoor Areas:
Large spacious outdoor areas are set in a lush garden with unrestricted sea views and direct access to the beach. The solar heated eco pool is a beautiful feature and very unusual for Kommetjie. Dine outdoors on warm summer evenings enjoying the peaceful sounds of the sea as the sun sets over Long Beach.

Gym:
For those times when a bit of time indoors is required, the gym will keep you feeling strong, fit and energized during your stay and the pool table or ping-pong will add hours of competitive fun.

Rates and seasons:
Low season winter: 14 April – 14 September: R6,700 a night
(7 night minimum stay) (High season rates will apply to Easter weekend and 5 night minimum stay)

Mid season summer: 14 September – 14 December: R10,200 a night
(7 night minimum stay)

Peak season summer (Bookings for whole house only): 14 December – 14 January: R18,200 a night
(14 night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year)

Mid season summer: 14 January – 14 April: R12,700 a night
(7 night minimum stay)

Please speak to us should you be interested in booking this property and are not able to manage the full minimum stays or would like to discuss slightly better rates for a long stay, we are always open to trying to accommodate where possible.

Additional fees:
We charge a Post Cleaning fee of R1,500 and an Admin fee of R400 on all bookings.
