Beautiful and peaceful, Klein Slangkop Beach House is as the name suggests, situated in the sought after Klein Slangkop Security Estate in Kommetjie. This newly built beach house is light, modern and airy and has everything you could possibly want in a home away from home. From it’s stylish interiors to new appliances you will want for nothing while staying here. Recharge while sipping on a glass of wine over looking the Table Mountain National Park towards Chapman’s Peak with nothing but tranquil surroundings.

A lounge area with small bar area (with small wine fridge) and fireplace leads into the dining area that leads into the modern kitchen.
Lovely indoor, outdoor flow with pale screed floors.
The large double doors on either side of the lounge open to a courtyard in the front of the house and the entertainment area and garden at the back of the house.
Single garage and off-street parking for a further 3 cars. The single garage leads directly into the house.
Safe and secure – The living area has grey aluminum security shutters for total peace of mind. The house also has an alarm system with exterior beams and Klein Slangkop Estate has 24 hour roaming guards.
Unrestricted views of Table Mountain National Park and sea views from the main bedroom.

(7 night minimum stay and 10 night minimum stay with Christmas and New Year)
