Being elevated, the living area has wonderful views over the sea and dunes towards Chapman’s Peak. Each one of the 4 bedrooms is well appointed with comfortable beds and linen and there are 3 bathrooms as well as a guest loo. Relax on a lounger around the pool or enjoy sunset dinners on the elevated deck over looking the sea in this secure nature estate. This home also has an option of a heated swimming pool at an additional cost of just R200 a day. (Needs to be booked in advance and for the entire stay of the booking)

Rates and Seasons
(Rates are for a maximum of 4 guests. For 5 – 8 guests the rates increase by 10%)
Low season winter: 30 April – 14 September: R3,800 a night
(3 night minimum stay)

Mid season summer: 15 September – 14 December: R4,900 a night
(5 night minimum stay)

Peak season summer: 15 December – 14 January: R11,000 a night
(10 night minimum stay and 14 night minimum stay with Christmas and New Year)

Mid season summer: 15 January – 30 April: R5,100 a night
(5 night minimum stay)

Additional Information and Costs
Refundable Breakages Deposit: R6,000
Post Cleaning Fee – R750
Bike rental is free – We require a refundable breakage deposit of R1000
Heat Pump – R200 per day and has to be booked in advance and for the total number of nights
