Outside is where the real magic happens. The garden is bursting with colors and the pool is just begging for a dip.

See yourself relaxing at the poolside in this tranquil setting. Take in the sounds of the sea, birds in the trees, and the shimmer of the African sunset as you enjoy the outdoor lounge. Picture this: a cozy double-story home with a fresh, modern vibe infused with African flair. Step inside, and you’re greeted with an open plan living space perfect for seamless family entertaining, dining with friends or just snuggled up on the sofa on cool nights. The subtle African decor and subdued tones transport you into a relaxed state – creating the perfect ambience for a chilled holiday.

The house is in a gated secure estate which is on the beach in Kommetjie. It has a house alarm linked to armed response.
There is also an option for a home chef to cook for any special dinners so please let us know if this would be of interest during your stay.

Downstairs has a lovely open plan flow from the kitchen, through the dining room and to the lounge. It is beautifully decorated throughout with a cozy, modern African feel it.

Lounge & Dining Area:
The dining area boasts a large wooden dining table big enough to seat all eight guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the lounge you have soft leather sofa accompanied by other seats and a feature marble coffee table. The wood burning fireplace lets off a lovely warm feel in the winter to keep you and the family snug while curled up on the couch with a cup of Coco. The Smart TV in the lounge allows you to access multiple online streaming platforms to pick the right movie.

Outdoor Area:
Beautiful indigenous garden and a spacious open lawn for playing and sunbathing in the sun. The bright blue swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden deck that leads onto the outdoor lounge and dining area. The pool has a safety cover that can create a safe space for young kids. there are two outdoor showers and swimming towels are provided.

The covered outdoor dining area with comfortable outdoor lounge furniture.
The house has an alarm linked to armed response.

Rates and seasons:
Low season winter: 14 April – 14 September: R3,500 a night
(2 night minimum stay) (Peak season rates will apply to Easter weekend and 5 night minimum stay)

Mid season summer: 14 September – 14 December: R4,800 a night
(2 night minimum stay)

Peak season summer (Bookings for whole house only): 14 December – 14 January: R7,200 a night
(7 night minimum stay and 10 night minimum stay with Christmas and New Year)

Mid season summer: 14 January – 14 April: R5,200 a night
(2 night minimum stay and 5 night minimum stay over Easter)
