An immaculate beach house in a wonderful position, just off Long Beach with sea views towards Chapman’s Peak; the beach path is right in front of the house. This home would suit 2 families with two en-suite double bedrooms and two bunk rooms. It is however not suitable for children under 10 years old as there is an unprotected swimming pool and lots of white decor throughout.
It is a lovely large property with immaculate lawn suitable for cricket games, a large swimming pool and plenty of space for surf boards! Choose to be in the downstairs TV lounge with its own kitchenette overlooking the garden and pool or upstairs in the main lounge overlooking the upper deck whilst viewing the ocean.
